I'm sorry to say that I was Richard's "customer from hell" and yet he took care of me very nicely. He even came to my house personally to check out my situation! And then he bent over backwards to make sure I was a satisfied customer which, I'm happy to say, I am. You will not get this kind of service at one of the big chains, I am sure of that.
I definitely recommend Sleep 365.

The salesperson, Dominic, listened so carefully to what I wanted and needed in a mattress, he responded to my many questions I’d compiled after researching and testing organic mattresses, was so knowledgeable about every product in the store, that I was able to confidently make my decision to buy a fabulous mattress that I’m thrilled about! He was also able to meet my scheduling needs for delivery in a short time frame. I highly recommend this company and you’d be lucky to have Dominic as your salesman/consultant.

Richard gave fantastic customer service. He has deep knowledge of the products and guided us through a relaxed consultation process that helped us make the best decision. We’re very excited to get our bed and accessories!
