As advertised and plan on returning in Jan 2024. We spent 7 days there. The walk to Los Algodones is a short and pleasant one. I believe this park to be under new management/ownership. The market was not yet open. The sites are clean and there is a spacious grass dog park. We supply our own internet (our neigh bors were unable to connect to the park wifi) and did not need the laundry or restrooms. Security appeared to be 24/7. Cash or check ONLY. My only concern: if coming in on a Fri or Sat night - your access to the park will be delayed. Your rig will be in the same line as the vehicles headed to the border crossing (which was HOURS long the Fri and Sat we were there. Enjoy and tell Rubin hello.

Only good thing about this is the dog park and it’s close to Algadonas, price is steep at $50 per night, oh and make sure your out of there by 10:00 am Arizona time or you pay an additional $10, and additional to that for after noon checkout, and park is maybe 1/4 full. It’s basically a gravel parking lot with for your rv with power, water, and sewer that seems to not flow well which I’m not sure what that’s about, spots by the palms near the dog park had issues with power.

No amenities to speak of but the price is great, full 50A hookups and 300 yards to Mexico and a shoppers dream!
Staff here are VERY helpful an friendly. We plan to be back again next year.
