Quick response. Scheduled an appointment with me that same day (on a Saturday). Had some internal hard-drive issues that needed fixing. Had it back to me within 24 hrs, WITH a student discount in addition to system updates and clean-up. Excellent service.

Rob did a fantastic job of helping me switch from my beloved XP to Windows 8.1. He moved my important contents and helped me get all set up on a new computer. He was friendly, on time and a great help. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. He knows what he is doing and made it an easy transition!
