If you're traveling through SLO and looking for a great place to pick up some picnic sandwiches and items this is your place! It's not the biggest grocery store in SLO but it's the best. The quality of their produce alone is second to none. Their in-house made soups, pasta salads, curry and that amazing salsa is also second to none. Some of the freshest bread in town, a great health/vitamin supplement section and competitive prices on a lot of things when compared to other larger stores. Friendliest people in town. It does not get more to the core of what SLO used to be (and still is) than this store.

I have been in a couple times. But always the same great attention to their customers. I needed a certain type of vitamin and with 1 minute there was an employee there willing to help
