These are the only solar panel cleaning people I could find online around here who actually show up to do the work once scheduled, so, when it comes to "good value" it is awfully hard to compare them with anything. Besides showing up and completing the job, SLON is actually very responsive and easy to work with - they are on time, respond immediately to texts phone calls and emails, give a preliminary estimate on the work, explaining everything very clearly. The only reason I have not checked the good quality box is that the work was done today and so I really can't tell yet - would have to get up on the roof myself, which I probably won't do. That said, during today's torrential rain, after they had cleaned the gutters, the water was pouring out of the spouts for once, just like it is supposed to (in addition to some dripping from gutters themselves, but that is likely because the gutters are beginning to rust through and need replacing anyway). Just from dealing with them, I feel quite confident that they cleaned the gutter as well as it is possible to do. Ditto the solar panels, but I won't totally know how well that work paid off til we get some sunny days !

The Slon team always does a great job, they are professional and very easy to work with. Their outdoor window cleaning is the best I've ever had. I've used them many times and will continue doing so.

They came out within 24 hrs (in the pouring rain) to give a quote and get us scheduled. They showed up on time, worked promptly, and the results speak for themselves. It was everything you expect .... but seldom get in a service. They are our go-to resource now.
