A nice and convenient campground if you’re travelling on I-90 and want to camp. The campground is right beside the interstate and a railroad across the Clark Fork River, which makes for difficult sleeping. Not the campground’s fault but something to consider, especially if tent camping. They also only take cash or check, which resulted in me having to go get exact change at a gas station ATM. Otherwise, clean and I was able to drive in and get a spot with no reservation.

Not so good.
Yes it’s on the river.
It’s also on the interstate.
It’s also on the main railroad route.
They also don’t honor reservations.
All in all we were less than impressed.
We ended up only staying one of the two nights we paid for after the sheriff had to be called in to settle site occupation disputes.
The best part? The sheriff’s department put some of the people in the wrong sites to begin with.
We did get to meet an angry Canadian though.
It was definitely not the relaxing weekend we were hoping for.

Nice spots, Camp host was cool with our dogs. There is a train across the river but my kiddo loved it.
