I have had a great therapist but every six months I have to deal with an incompetent billing and scheduling staff. They keep billing an old insurance since 2021. They fail to update records and cause lapses in their therapies. The constant stress of having to be fighting and being hung up on, refused a to be transferred to a supervisor. Then the supervisor Jill states in her voice mail that they will call you at their earliest convenience. I have been leaving messages since Thursday it’s now Tuesday and no call back. I spent all day calling today and speaking to I think just about all staff. There was only one person there that was able to provide me with some information. Thanks to that person I was able to at least get names. In the end it is my children that pay the price by missing out on their services. This is now third time this happens. I am tired of having to go through this.

Our son has a delayed speech issue. We tried this speech therapy by the name of Jessica Hall. She made us feel like we were bad parents because our child was not paying attention to her during the lesson. Her comments, body language and lack of compassion made us feel discouraged to work with her or any other therapy...We currently rescheduled a appointment with a new therapist month's later. Hopefully the new therapist will have more compassion.
