As our daughter and granddaughter are flying up in a couple days, we decided to get a new mattress for our guest bedroom. I visited the website but there is nothing that shows mattresses or pricing. I called and spoke to a gentleman that just kept saying that "if" it is in, we could pick it up today. I kept asking, well, can you tell me if you have it in. He just kept using the words "if" and "probably". Never would give me a price range of his mattresses. I asked him if he could look it up on the computer and then he told me he was busy with another customer.
I decided to go to another store down the road and get a mattress from them as we wanted one we could purchase and bring home today.
BEST MATTRESS BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! We purchased a new mattress set a couple of months ago and wanted to give it some time before writing a review. Overall, our experience - from selecting the mattresses in the showroom, to production time and final delivery, was exceptional.
The bottom line: We are thrilled with our new bed. The quality is incredible and the prices were better than the competitors "premium", non-custom mattress. We were tired of purchasing mattresses with 25 year "warranties" that lasted maybe 5 or 6 years.
What we love is that each mattress is made to order, to YOUR height, weight and comfort level. Rex, who runs the showroom, looked at how our spines, hips, and shoulders were aligned on all the beds we tried. He asked a lot of question, explained the material options and how it all works together. A very eye-opening experience.
Nick, the partner who runs the production facility, was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and helping us decide on the best foundation and mattress. These completely CUSTOM mattresses were delivered in about 10 days!
The delivery guys arrived within 5 minutes of the scheduled time, were fast and took away all the packing materials and my old mattresses.
What we got; An extra-long split king. (This is the first time in my husband's life his feet haven't hung off the end of the bed!) Full-latex mattresses. I like the feel of memory foam but hate the heat they retain and the difficulty in moving. The latex is a dream, not hot, incredibly comfortable. We also got some kind of ego-bamboo cover that adds a luxurious cushy layer. Finally, the pièce de résistance are the adjustable bases. How in the world have we gone so long without these? We sleep with our heads up lust a tiny bit, and what a difference it makes. We need to replace the mattress in our RV, we will absolutely be going back to see Rex and Nick.
