Good customer service and timely scheduling! I called in about our washer that was no longer pumping water. Gregory came out to look at our washer and was very friendly. When he saw a cat, he asked if they were indoor-only so he'd make sure they didn't run out while he's coming and going, which I appreciated! He was easy to talk to and despite my washer immediately working after a technician showed up (of course), he took the time to run a few additional tests for some potential causes and told me of a few things to keep an eye on in case it were to happen again. I'll use Smart Appliance Repair again!
I WOULD LIKE TO EDIT MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. AFTER SMART APPLIANCE REPAIR SAW MY REVIEW AND CONTACTED ME. THEY SAID THEY WANTED TO MAKE IT RIGHT. I WAS MORE THAN HAPPY TO GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE. THEY ORDERED ANOTHER PART FOR MY DISHWASHER AND CAME TO INSTALL IT ALL ON THEIR DIME. THEY ALSO REFUNDED MY COST FOR ORIGINAL PART THAT WAS MISDIAGNOSED. THEY WERE CURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY DURING OUR NEXT INTERACTIONS. AFTER THE SECOND PART WAS INSTALLED AND DID NOT FIX ISSUE, THE TECH LOOKED INTO A POSSIBLE ELECTRICAL ISSUE AND DISCOVERED THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. WE WERE VERY CLOSE TO HAVING A HOUSE FIRE!!!!! I AM THANKFUL FIRST AND FOREMOST THAT OUR HOME DID NOT CATCH FIRE. AND I REALLY DO APPRECIATE HOW THEY HANDLED THE MISDIAGNOSIS. THANK YOU SMART APPLIANCE REPAIR!! I WILL HAPPILY USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN AND JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU FOR DOING YOUR VERY BEST TO SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS AND MAKE THINGS RIGHT!!! THANKYOU, THANKYOU!!!!
Really not sure why there are so many positive reviews. My experience was anything but.... our samsung dishwasher is one year old and quit working. The tech came and reported the panel had burnt out. Showed us the part to buy ourselves on ebay. Stating it " is easy to do yourselves" and that he is "unable to purchase it from his vendors". We purchased said part for $250 plus shipping. My husband replaced part and dishwasher still does not work. The service call cost $134.65 and nothing was done! And following his recommendation, it still does NOT WORK. What did I pay for? So disappointed! What a sham! Do not use this company! Should have called Garrisons! I want my money back!
