Originally worked with Dylan Collins as my sales rep who was very professional and informative, and was consistently able to answer all my questions every time I called, and I called often. I was a little skeptical at first given the reviews from southern California area. I understand Dylan is lo longer with the company however. I do want to say, that working with Juliana regarding installation, permits and everything thereafter (so far) was wonderful and seamless, and once everything was installed, PG&E switched us on within days! I would definitely recommend Smart Energy if you decide solar is the right decision for your dwelling.
