Love buying the meats in big bulks because you can cut it into separate portions to freeze and cook for later time. Prices though sure has gone up like most places.

Had whole chickens on sale and did not have a super long slow line. Over all a good place to shop. Nice to let the wife go there while I go next door.

I went into Smart & Final on 02/23/2022 @ 6:14pm on 2344 Sunrise Blvd Rancho Cardova, Ca 95670 and bought first street Dutch Red potatoes, 2 Great American King Crab legs, First street Cage Free Eggs, and a box of Skor milk Chocolate in the box. I went home to make dinner for my family and noticed that the king size crab legs were green also it had a very foul smelling odor so I contacted the store back immediately bout 8:22pm letting them know that I just had come in the store and shopped and my crab legs were spoiled I was advised that I can come back into the store with my receipt for a refund so I went back in the store on 02/24/2022 bout 9 something in the morning and advised the cashier that I bought crabs last night and they were spoiled she then called for the supervisor Sherri and I was letting her know the situation she looks at the receipt like if I didn’t buy any items from the store and advised me to come back into the store when Tracy was in which would be 02/25/2022 to speak with him about getting a refund like if I didn’t buy the items when she was a supervisor she should have looked on the camera to see when I called on 02/23/2022 the same day the young lady said her name was Tina or Trina but Sherri stated that no one worked their by that name but was advised to just bring in my receipt she didn’t ask me to bring in any packaging it came in or anything I threw the packages away it was a foul smell . Down below are all the items I bought on 02/23/2022 I felt discriminated against and it’s ridiculous to treat people that way I’ll never ever shop at this store again in my life I wouldn’t even recommend my family or friends to shop here.
