I have used Smart Glass Inc a number of times in the past. Mike has always been fair with pricing, and fast to have my windows repaired when broken. This last time, however he was not. My fault I should of verified the pricing again, but $600 to board up a window while he waited for my replacement window to come in is absolute price gauging. Typically the window that is consistently broken at my business is around $400, this time it was $1400 plus another $600 to put up a piece of plywood while he waited for the new window to be cut. Sorry Mike, not ever coming back. Not only was the bill unbelievable, unfortunately the two guys that were here to install the window were the most unprofessional individuals whom I have ever worked with. They left the keys to the dumpster and locks out, and they were immediately stolen. Just zero care for their customer.

I wish I could give them 0 star! I contacted them more than 40 days ago to install a glass fence for us. The technician came to do the initial measurement. He was a nice guy and quick. Then once he left our home, I've never got any updates from the owner! I called them a couple of days later but Mike told me he'll call me back for price estimate but until now I haven't received any calls/emails from Smart glass! I ended up finding a different team to handle the project.
If you are busy with other projects, I get it but you need to communicate with your customers!

Please do not use this company if you are looking for fast professional service. They are quick to come out , take measurements and your money. But than you won’t hear back from them. I requested a refund and they were quick to grant my request. Otherwise I wouldn’t give them one star.
