CRIMINALS!!!!!! They took my breathalyzer off without relaying the info to washington state. So they expected me to pay them and restart another 4 months from scratch. I walked in saying i think today is my last day, let me know if i need to sign anything. I've since decided to drive without a license for until my washington hold ends since smart start also refuses to compensate me for my issue. They claim it was my responsibility to be on the phone with washington state dmv/dol at the exact moment they were taking off my breathalizer, so they could receive the data that only the mechanic taking off the breathalyzer can retrieve in the first place, and that since it was removed its too late. They're Criminals. I pray to God that nobody brings them business ever again. Make them find a new line of work. 🙏📿
