These folks are great! Easy appointment, professional and pleasant. The appointment and service was estimated at around 2 hours so but seemed much less. Training on operation was excellent. They make sure you feel comfortable with the device before you leave. Happy I picked SafeStart!

The workers here are what made it a great experience. While it's not great on WHY someone, including myself, has too go here, the employees at this location made it a much better experience. Kayla at the front desk was very professional and we were able to crack jokes back and forth during the waiting period. And when one of the other employees heard I didn't have a ride home while they had to fix up my car, he even offered to give me a ride home if need be. Truly exceptional service. 10/10 would not have come here if it wasn't for a court order, but a 10/10 experience will bring me back too this place instead of the one that's even closer too my home because of the workers. 😊
