Units ALWAYS have issues. I've had probably a dozen of them, they swap them out like candy because of all the problems with them. They won't register that you blew and have to restart them to get them to work. They have twice now gone off while the vehicle was off and no one in it so it went into lock out. Guess what? Now they get to charge you again for the lock out and because they have to calibrate it again. Oh almost about to get it out? Add four months to your time. I have never once had a single violation that was the cause of me drinking, only ever errors of the device. The state requires you to have it so they know they've got you by the shorts and can pull whatever they want because you have no options.

Tony Cruz and Bobby Herrera have done an amazing job showing me how to work the device and I have experienced the best customer service I have ever had. I have had no problems and highly recommend Smart start. God bless.

Had my first experience today with dealing with an ignition interlock device. The staff at smart start, Wenatchee , specifically Tony and Bobby were beyond helpful with the install, the explanations and answers to my questions. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable, turning a stressful situation into an experience I feel confident in. Thank you guys! Jebediah C
