Absolute trash service. They know you need their services and they don't care about making it easy. Last month I was here on saturday at 1120 and the guy went on lunch from 1130 till 1200. I waited. Made sense. Here today at 1230 on Saturday to watch the worker place the sign for lunch coming back at 1. Go to target and come back at 115 to see a sign saying on lunch till 200.... Wtsf

Lakewood,wa location. Went here for install and that was a mistake. First of all the shop looks run down, the waiting room clearly has never been cleaned it is so disgusting in there. And all that goes hand and hand with the guy running it, he was so mean and rude our whole conversation, any question I had was a stupid question to him and he let me know that. Really creepy looking guy too! I've experienced Puyallup and university place locations ARE MUCH BETTER

Calibration on my device went good here. No appointment needed just pull up. He gave us a new mouth piece. The other place gave me an old dirty one when I got a my device installed.
