Went to every different lots of different stores. And this store was the only store that could fix my phone, I spoke with technicians at bell.And service managers lots different people and no one can fix my phone. Thanks to Sunny who was able to fix it for me and get the data going.

After having a recent "unsatisfactory" experience at the Bell Store at Seven Oaks Mall in Abbotsford, I Googled to see where I'd like to take my Bell business. I noticed that a couple friends had rated this store in Mission, so decided I'd stop in. So glad I did! I spent quite a bit of time with Abi, who started with this company recently (great hire, Paul!). I can't say enough about the service he gave me, and even overlooked being called Ma'am haha. He listened to what I wanted, didn't question my decisions, offered suggestions, knew his stuff, showed me some new features on my new phone, helped transfer everything - I was with him for about an hour and enjoyed every minute. Thanks Abi!!!
