I don’t know how this CPA office can have 5 stars, in the past Mohanad was professional, courteous and helpful, but unfortunately these days he is unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. quick on the phone and doesn’t want to answer questions. From my understanding, when you go to CPA office to file your taxes, you’re paying for their expertise and knowledge, NOT TO HAVE THE CLIENT AS AN ASSISTANT TO FILE THEIR OWN TAXES!

I can clearly see that you are too busy for the individual tax clients, it would've been appreciated had you referred me to another tax CPA who has more time instead of getting aggressive on the phone with me. I can only suggest if the pressure is too much for you, you can always hire an assistant because you are clearly over worked and under pressure.
