After almost a year they finally fixed all the issues and addressed all the concerns I had with the workmanship and product they provided. I am happy how things are now but time will tell if other issues arise. The project manager Nate, and the lady in the office Sarah and one of the guys doing the work, Giovanni, were very helpful when it came to making sure my concerns were addressed. I would suggest contacting a the project manager if you have any concerns with the work being done of you go with this company. Some of the guys that do the work will cut corners if you don't pay attention. Also the price seem a bit excessive but if it lasts as long as it was advertised it might not be too bad. Just don't let then paint over bad wood or it will peel very quickly.

They explained the process and how they would construct the new roof to reduce energy needs of the home and the roof is not only saving money on my electric bill but looks beautiful as well. They continue to check on the roofs condition and that the home owner is pleased with the outcome. I was widowed soon after this work was completed and it has helped my financial situation as promised with my electric bill. I can recommend the process in the roof construction that reduces your power needs, and the company that provided it.

Smart Home did my windows, doors, and texcote. I love the soundproof quality and look of the windows. The texcote is beautiful and keeps my house cool in summer and warm in winter.
The installers were professional and courteous. The entire experience was pleasant and they will work with you on price and financing.
I would recommend Smart Home.
