SMGI, Inc. is a very professional company that focusses on not only work growth but personal. Everyone who works for SMGI is treated like a close team and family. I've personally worked for Noel he is one of the best bosses anyone can get, he holds himself as a leader helping his team one hundred percent. I would recommend working for SMGI, Inc or any company Noel is part of.

Working with SMGI was one of the best experiences I’ve been privileged to be a part of this far. I’m still in school, and was able to work and get experience, while still getting my degree! Plus Noel has been one of the best bosses I’ve worked for. This was an awesome entry-level position, and anyone can do it, if you’ve got the drive and the grit to make it happen. Such an incredible experience.
