Smile Centralia! Dental Care

Extremely patient with my high crying anxiety. Made sure i was comfortable and ready before beginning my tooth extraction. I didnt feel a thing. I didn't even feel the numbing bit which normally is a very painful part to me. Best dentist ever.

Care and compassion from the first phone call, I was terrified to even make, to checking in at the front desk and sitting in the chair for exam and plan of treatment for my complicated urgent and, for me, emotional situation. Every person I communicated with was so kind and caring, professional and compassionate at the same time. I was able to make my appointment, initial visit and begin treatment in my two days off from work. Nancy ( I hope I remembered her name correctly) at the front desk is an angel I swear! The kindness and compassion she showed in the fact I am uninsured and paying out of pocket, an unexpected blessing. The whole staff was so amazing the steps they take to comfort and help you to relax is incredible, the neck pillow, headphones and blanket they provided made to whole visit a whole lot less scary. With the vibration tool Dr Lee used I swear I didn’t feel a thing when he was numbing the area (one of the many parts of dental visits I always dread) Carmela and Dr Lee were both amazing during the procedure they let me know what was going on, made sure I was comfortable and Carmela checked in with me by text later in the day. I am so blessed to have found Smile Centralia! Dr Lee and his entire staff are amazing and the entire experience was better than I could have asked for. This is my first google review. Fast, friendly service. I used to go to this building for dental care for years, then owners changed. I was hesitant to continue, however my first new visit went fine. Great staff, and refreshed atmosphere. I highly suggest.
