Ask me 5 months ago, I would have given 10 stars. Today I wish there was an option for less than one..So sad this fine establishment has been reduced to what it is today. Whoever the new owners are are going to run this place into the ground within a month.
Ordered 4 burgers and a side of fries and waited over an hour for the order to be ready. Upon receiving the order there was no salt on the fries, the burgers were overcooked but cold- like cheese not even melted cold, and my husband's Paul Bunyan burger was missing the ham and bacon. We placed the order in person and sat there inside waiting for our name to be called for the order. So there was no reason for anything to be cold. Also, no fry sauce. The owner/woman working there seemed to blame all the issues on the young man helping her and wasn't afraid to belittle him in front of customers.... Although it took her 10+ minutes to package 4 already done burgers....
So so sad. Pathetic.
This was our favorite burger place however we will NEVER BE BACK HERE BECAUSE THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD AT A RESTAURANT IN YAKIMA.
