Our first time here and can’t believe I’ve been missing out on this place for around a year that we have lived in the high desert! It is extremely clean, has EVERYTHING you need here, the staff and owner are amazing! It was our first time buying Kratom and they did not disappoint on the selections! The owner, I believe, gave us all of the information on this product and answered all of our questions/concerns. I also bought a disposable flavored tobacco bar, and he suggested the brand Duo Plus and I was able to try it prior to leaving to confirm it worked and wasn’t, what I like to call, burnt. So many smoke shops have sold me fake puff bars & I’ve wasted tons of money. We were told if we had any problems to come back and he would fix the issue, whether it be a bad puff bar exchange or whatever it would be, AMAZING customer service! They treat you like people unlike a sales guy trying to sell you any and everything. The prices are the best I’ve come across from the high desert to LA! I needed to get this review out because they really are a hidden gem! 💎✨
