Bill did an awesome job fixing my 2007 G35's door, back quarter panel, and front fender from a series of hit-n-runs during last winter's blizzard. Down to earth, does work in a timely fashion, and easy to schedule with, steady communication. He even went out of his way to get me a new door with the window already tinted which saved me $$$. He perfectly handled all the communication with my insurance company, I didn't have to lift a finger.
He let me know one of my HID headlights was out and I had him order me a new one. On top of that he even removed a unwanted car emblem free of charge.
I was so happy with his work so far I had him use the left over paint from the fixes to paint my unpainted front bumper, also saving me $$$. Finally my car was returned to me with a full car wax and buff job, again free of charge. He may be a little bit outside Seattle, but he's one of the good ones.
