Update - Mo was super nice and understanding, made me feel way better and at ease. Will be back tomorrow for that moisturizer! Seems hit or miss with customer service. First time I went here was great and I spent way too much money! Second time some teenage girl acted like I was the worst person she seen today, sucks cause I was ready to buy but when I walk in somewhere and I’m greeted with a sour face, get looked up and down like I’m some gremlin, doesn’t make me wanna spend money there. And then I could feel her eyes on me while I’m in the store. I also noticed she was much nicer to the other customers that came in while I was there. Bad energy, there are other apothecaries and crystal shops that always offer a warm welcome and a smile.
