I had a 104° fever, a headache, and my home blood pressure thingie said I was about to explode. My wife called our consulting nurse & she said I should get my bp checked somewhere else, immediately. On the way to urgent care, we went past the FD & she pulled in to see if they could check it. They dropped everything, sat me down and took my bp right there. Asked me some questions, and then told me in no uncertain terms to go see my doctor right then. They made my wife promise she would drive me there, only there, and right now. Very professional, made me feel quite comfortable, and gave me all the information I needed with no beating around the bush. Awesome folks there!
