I am not sure if they are understaffed or what? I am not sure why they have a Patient Portal? And I am not sure if the Drs receive the messages as they go through a Medical Assistant. Medical Assistant seems to play Dr more than the Drs. It takes forever to get the attention of a Dr if at all. Calling is hit and miss as mentioned by other patients. Also if it their days off...you wait till they return. You are lucky if they return your call or if they ever received the message through the Portal. My issues are with the staff at Snoqualmie Hospital as they are associated with the Ridge. I think retirement should seriously be considered for a few. My insurance sucks and there are not too many places taking it. I truly feel I receive this treatment because of it sadly.

My main issue with this clinic is the lack of communication. They never call back when they say they are going to no matter what the issue is. The other issue I have is a receptionist volunteered to fax my paperwork for my employers insurance requirements (wellness incentive), make a copy and put it in my file to be safe, then never faxed it in, did not make a copy, so I’ve been paying for my insurance when I shouldn’t have been, all because they volunteered to help me then screwed me. Again to reiterate, I did not ask them to fax it for me, she insisted it was no trouble. I called to ask them what happened and they say they have no idea what I’m talking about, no record I ever came in for this. When I asked what I should do they told me to just cancel my health insurance then hung up on me. Absolute nightmare, don’t trust the staff. Will not return.

This is hands down the absolute worst doctors office I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. I would highly recommend avoiding. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with their complacent incompetent office staff. I changed doctors a couple years ago. Now I need medical records from them and they WILL NOT respond.
