Just finished a month doing workout at this gym... Wow! I do not think I have worked out ever like this in my lifetime. It felt extremely rewarding. My trainer is very knowledgeable and awesome. He pushed me hard to do much more than I actually thought I could and in the nicest manner.

This is a great place to go to workout, take classes, and set up meetings! There is a good sized workout machine area, that can accommodate many people. You can set up meetings for anything you need to, and there are classes that you can sign up for! There is also a gymnasium with basketball hoops. The employees are polite and will help you with anything! There are monthly teen nights that include bouncy houses, a dance room, movies, and more! In total it a a very nice establishment.
