Very poor experience. Scott spent little time, little research and showed little care. He had no expertise or knowledge of real estate in Kootenai County. He neglected to include or refer to the county's assessed market value of the land. Our second appraisal was thoughtful and insightful, and used the same comps, but came in $83,000 higher. It was confirmation that Scott's work was pathetic on every level.
