No help from sales associate, not approachable at all. There were no other customers, both of them were talking. I was supposed to buy a car seat and stroller for this company but changed my mind sales associate are lazy

The staff were super nice and knowledgeable. The lady who answered all our questions was incredibly patient and made sure we knew all the available options. Great experience!

Although I mentioned that I wanted to exchange a model that I have hardly used and that was recalled, I couldn't find anyone to address my concerns. I bought the Bugaboo Dragonfly model from Snugglebugz online, and the news about the product has raised safety concerns. I don't want to put my child in a recalled model. I will seek my legal rights. My advice to you is to avoid purchasing from this store; their customer service is unresponsive and not solution-oriented.
