Cute store. Good selection of products. Stopped in to look for some gift ideas and was approached by a couple different staff members asking if I was doing ok or needed any help.
Nowadays it’s rare to find retail workers who are attentive yet not overbearing. It was a pleasant surprise to have staff at a retail store seem so attuned to customers needs...
Although, I didn’t need any help, I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer.
I also overheard an associate demonstrating a stroller to an expectant couple, she was very knowledgeable and personable.
This is a good store and the level of customer service deserves more than five stars! Thanks to the staff for making my experience a great one!
Ever since I was pregnant (2023) I fell in love with snugglebugz and their customer service and ability to truly educate me. I first went to the Burlington location because everyone was there, I promise you, truly care for what you NEED as a first time mom. No one was trying to sell me anything just because.
However I live in Ajax, so when I found out about this location, I was ecstatic. My first visit though, didn’t turn out as expected. I was about to give birth and was asking about car seats and post partum items and unfortunately I was not given any correct information or did not educate me properly so I was pretty sad because I was happy I didn’t need to go to Burlington. But after that one visit I had no choice but to go to Burlington which lead me to also head towards west coast kids.
My husband recently opened up the idea of going back to the snuggle Bugz location in north York to try to see if maybe things got better and I’m one to truly give anyone or anything the benefit of the doubt. I’m so glad I listened to my husband, I came across Mischa and I couldn’t help but ask her experience and I’m not surprised that she’s such an expert and you can truly hear her love for helping moms with kids. I truly appreciated her today and I was so glad she gave me educated advice and didn’t just throw product at me.
Mischa, I appreciate you and I hope when we visit again, you will be there again :)
