Casey performed a home inspection on a house were were purchasing. He arrived ahead of schedule and immediately got to work. Once the inspection was completed, he did a walk through with us to point out the specific issues and patiently answered our many questions. Casey was very thorough and made us aware of some pretty serious issues that needed to be addressed. His written report was received the very next morning and had lots of information and pictures illustrating the problem areas. I would highly recommend Casey and would definitely hire him again in the future.

We hired Casey prior to purchasing a new home. Boy am I glad we did. Casey uncovered many items that needed immediate attention, as well as, those that were on the edge. I believe Casey saved us from making a huge mistake and kept us from having to spend loads of money in immediater and future repairs. I feel hiring Casey was money well spent. If you're looking to purchase a home then an inspection is a must. Casey was thurough, professional and very knowledable. He followed up with a detailed report with links to more in depth explanations and included solutions to the problems that he had pinpointed.
