Awesome SUP Yoga class. The instructor Kelly was very professional and was well prepared with the organization of class, paddle boards, and instruction of not only in how to paddle but the true practice of yoga. The experience of doing SUP yoga on the lake was a blast and also at the end trying out fun poses was unforgettable. I am glad to attend the class and will do again

I came to SoCal Paddle Yoga for my first experience doing yoga in a paddle board, with minimal paddle boarding experience prior, and it was fantastic. We were waked through common yoga poses gradually and worked up to more challenging variations based on your comfort level. I would definitely recommend and would come back again!

I loved every second of my first Yoga Paddle class with Kelly today. She gave me a great instruction of how to use the paddle and showed me how to balance myself on the board. I felt safe the whole time and enjoyed being on the water.
It’s easier than you might think. It’s more fun than you might think. And it’s more stable than you might think. So give it a go! I’m happy I did
