I am never the one to write reviews, button cannot comment enough on my experience! The customer service could not have been better! Rudy was the NICEST person I have ever met. She genuinely cared. Mario was so helpful as well, even helped me move my belongs and was so kind throughout my whole process. Thank you so much!

After 5 years of using this facility it's like leaving family. The staff is great specially Mario the manager at this location. I've come to know most of the friendly members here. Aside from very clean facility, the prices for the units are very comparable to public storage or any other storage places. I won't go anywhere else but to SoCal Storage. Friendly customer service really is key to operating a successful business. Thanks guys!

SoCal Self Storage of Northridge provided us with excellent customer service throughout our entire business with them. They were very helpful in regards to any questions we had and never once had an attitude or seemed unhappy. They also supplied us with water, snacks, and other beverages while we were moving things into and out of our unit. Mario, Juan, and the rest of the staff are doing an incredible job, and I would recommend their business to anyone in need of storage space. It's also INCREDIBLY WELL PRICED for climate controlled units! Keep up the awesome job, guys!
