Was in the the store for more than 15 and no one greeted nor acknowledged my presence. At some point I figured I had to ask for help. Funny other customers came in and were totally helped right away especially one that knew one of the workers. I thought it was just me and I saw they did the same thing to another minority and I realized Sadly being berkeley that we were being treated differently even though we were all buying customers. If I didn't need the shoes really quickly I would have waited and gone to a different establishment.

First off, the store is very well kept and organized. Secondly, the help I got was amazing! The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a man at the front desk and was asked if there was anything I was looking for. He was very kind and very helpful. I bought a new ball and boots and got a great discount as well. 20% off the boots and 40% off the ball. Highly recommend coming here!

Jose and staff are great! Very professional and accommodating. They ordered boots from another store that had my size until I got the ones I wanted. Will always come back.
