If you are on the fence about ordering from this company, don't be!! They have been the BEST company I have worked with in quite some time. They are very attentive and care about their customers. If you have any initial questions prior to your purchase they are very quick to respond. They reach out to follow up with you to make sure everything arrived ok etc. We purchased out chandelier a few months before it was able to be installed by our electricians and noticed that there were some broken crystals. The policy is to check your purchase for anything broken within 48 hours, so since I hadn't done so I was just going to reach out and see if I could purchase some new ones and they just took care of it. I didn't pay shipping or anything. They even reached out since they saw the replacement parts were delivered to make sure everything got installed ok. Amazing customer service and amazing company! I will absolutely buy from them again. P.S. our chandelier is AMAZING!!!!! the quality and everything. It's so beautiful!! Also a very good price point! Go get one you will be so glad you did!
