Jason and crew showed up early for their scheduled appt, which was fantastic, then they removed my old system and installed new system within an hour I think. Very fast and thorough, for sure. Jason then spent the time to train me on my new unit and answered all of the questions I had. Showed me how to file my warranty. He then tested my water and showed me verifying the new unit was working and doing its job well, great company, I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

Our original water softener decided to call it a day so my wife did some research on a few local companies. We decided to go with (Soft Water Specialist) and upgrade from our former system. This company was great to work with and very professional. The Weisner’s👍🏻

From day 1 Chris was a straight shooter. Easy to talk to and set us up with the Rite system. Critter showed up a few minutes early text us. He was on his way and Chris showed up a few minutes later they installed the system. It looks amazing and thanks to soft water specialist installed, and everything is good. I’d recommend them to anybody.
