I must say when I was looking for a new computer program (Outlook 2016) I did a ton of homework as to who had the best price and a legitimate product. I was still skeptical as there seemed to be so many illegitmate sources but I decided to try your company-I must say it was the best decision! It was more expensive than many other choices but in this case I definitely got what I paid for.
I am not that computer literate, usually just enough to get me into trouble, and sure as day I could not figure out how to download it and migrate it into our new exchange email set up we were mandated to get with our email host.
I called customer service expecting a long wait but was attended to right away. I was blessed to speak with Emre. He was amazing!!! and that is an understatement. I have never had a customer service representative that is so knowledgable, kind and patient. He worked with me for over 1/2 hour to get us up and running. I am so thankful I went with your company, without Emre's help we would still be trying to get this hooked up with our email server. Please give Emre a raise and continue being a great company to work with.
