I’d give this place 5 negative ⭐️s had there been an option! The WORST shopping experience I’ve ever had in my entire life! Not only are they neglectful, but they are straight up RUDE! The clothes are so cheaply made and way overpriced for the quality, or lack there of rather. The customer service is off the charts HORRIBLE! I will NEVER step foot in this awful hole in the wall excuse of a store again & I’d advise anyone to steer clear as well. There are SO MANY other amazing options when it comes to your shopping needs, I don’t know why anyone in their right mind would shop at SoHo Girl. Stay away if you value your time, money & sanity.

I ordered online months ago. Never received my package. I've emailed 3 times already just to be ignored. Maybe when I move back to LA next month, i should print everything out and ask for my refund or store credit. I would hate to sue over 2 pairs of thigh high socks. lol

If you want trendy urban clothes this is the place to shop. I have ordered from sohogirl numerous amounts of time and I have been very pleased. The material is great quality and the prices are amazing. You must try their jeans and dresses which are my absolute favorite. Oh and swim suites are just as great! I love this store if I could rate it a 10 I would. Thanks sohogirl for your great clothes and customer service
