Absolutely love this salon! I had pink hair for 4 years (until 2021) and my hair needed a break. Taeler brought me to a dark brown color that I kept for 2 years while I let my hair heal and grow. This past March, I had taeler get me back to my bright pink color I love so much! In one session too!

I was fortunate to get Nicole as my stylist. I came in for a Pixie cut before I started my Chemotherapy treatments. Nicole was comforting, reassuring as she clipped away slowly and checked in with me each step of the way. I have always had long curly hair and this cut was not something I wanted, but needed. I left with a smile on my face and an entirely different outlook on the experience. It meant so much to me.

Quite expensive and quite disappointing. The inside was clean and well decorated and the people were very kind but I would not come back here. I went in looking to get my roots bleached and overall color refreshed but that didn’t happen. My stylist was very kind and bought the same products I use at home to get a color match but should have researched more as she bleached my hair much much lighter than it should have been assuming that the dye would deposit the exact color when it’s more of an overtone. Once it was done, it was evident that my roots were bright red while the rest of my hair was the maroon I requested. She offered to apply more dye to my roots but being familiar with the product I knew that wouldn’t be the solution and didn’t have another hour to waste. So, I left the salon out nearly $400 and knowing I would be spending to fix it at home. In retrospect, I had an opportunity to offer my advice and tell my stylist what was probably the right way to do my hair but I trusted her since she is the professional. I know colorful hair can be difficult but this disaster could have been avoided by not spontaneously trying a new hair product without proper research - especially at such a high price point.
