The Sol Seek Loft studio is the perfect size and the instruction is always spot on. I’ve rarely found a studio like this where I enjoy each instructor for different reasons and I can basically attend any class and leave feeling great and inspired!

I love this studio. The staff is so friendly and some even know me by name. I love the variety of classes and instructors. With the monthly membership i have been able to explore classes and instructors and now pick my classes based on what i need physically or mentally. The studio is clean and well maintained.

Have been going to this yoga studio for the past four years, and it is wonderful. The owners and teachers are all devoted to creating a perfect yoga atmosphere for the students. And the variety of classes from yin to chair to slow flow to vinyasa make it a studio that works for all bodies’s needs.
