I purchase a item and tried to return the item and the Lady at the shop was so Unprofessional and wouldn’t give me credit or refund for my item I had my receipt. It’s was the worst experience at this Store so beware when you purchase something at this shop you can’t return or get a refund from this shop.

We walked in to kill some time before our flight, and the woman working played car races with my girls. She was so sweet! And then later, she saw us in another store and brought the girls some candy they had wanted. She truly went above and beyond. I would fly out of Southwest just to see her again.
