Had a problem with 10 of my solar panels, not working for the past two months. I could not get The company that installed the solar panels to repair the problem. I. Called Solar Insure and talked to Valerie. She found a company to repair the electrical problem with the solar in a short time. Great Communication throughout the process. My solar system is back up and running.

My Solar Edge inverter went out after less than 2 years. I spent hours trying to navigate their chat feature and troubleshoot and was getting nowhere. I reached out to Solar Insure and they immediately got ahold of Solar Edge and got a replacement ordered and scheduled for install. It was so smooth and I'm so thankful for Sarah and Jason, they were on top of everything every step of the way. So happy I purchased this warranty after Titan went out of business!

Jerry Baker was my rep and assisted me through the transition when my other solar company went solvent. He was amazing and was with me every step of the way when my original company bailed on me. Even a year later he still held up to his word, ‘reach out whenever you need anything, I’ll be here ready to help’, this comment held true when I reached out almost a year to the exact date and he responded promptly with a solution to a large problem I was having. With no hesitation, Jerry took care of me and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else! Call Jerry Baker! :D
