I just got my solar at the beginning of the year from Solar Negotiators. So far the service and product have been working just as I had hoped. They’ve already come out to wash the panels which was nice. I do wish that they included clearing below the panels of the debris because I have some pesky leaves still stuck under a thick spot of panels that my blower can’t reach sadly and I’m confident they could of taken care of with their pressure washer. Besides that the whole process was easy, with a good price, quality customer service from sales representatives, transparency in the process and a quick an easy install.

Things were a little confusing and talking to the representatives. They don’t seem really adapted, helping older people. However, the technician who came out to check out my solar system was fantastic. A real People person who understood that I was not nearly as technical as he And was very willing to explain so that I could understand what was happening. A very kind young young gentleman.

Choosing Solar Negotiators was the absolute best decision! They made the entire process easy and efficient. I’ve had my panels for a year and there have been no issues. Their support team is always available to answer any questions you may have or help you with anything you need. I always recommend them to anyone looking for solar.
