Let me begin by telling you how lovely and friendly Capri was in scheduling my appointment for a Generac generator. Michael was my sales person. He gladly came out to Shingletown several times to take measurements, location ideas and pricing.
Michael is extremely competent and listened well to my needs. Being a senior citizen, I wanted to be really sure of this investment and not make an impulsive decisions.
We started to investigate solar energy for our home in McArthur, CA in September 2019. Several solar companies were contacted and asked to create a proposal with costs and an installation timeline.
Paul Jacobs and his team were 'head and shoulders' above any of the other vendors who bid on our our project. They took the time to listen to our objectives and concerns and then addressed each issue one by one. Example: we were concerned that PG&E would not approve the size of our system. Paul said that if we selected his company to do the work, that he would not cash the deposit check until we had PG&E's approval to proceed with the project!
The install team were FANTASTIC. I am only sorry I do not have the names of each of these guys. They were fast, professional and took the time to keep me appraised of their prog,res at each stage of the install.
The system was activated on November 4, 2019.
In short, if should are in the market for a solar energy system you must include Solar Solutions in your search for installers. If you don't "you'll be sorry!" Great products. Great service. Great people. Great prices.
