The showing feedback on my dear elderly sellers home was predominately that the house needed too much updating. The house was competing with newer homes in the same complex. It was easy to make an appointment with Lindsey to meet with my sellers and have her present her suggestions on how to make the home more competitive. Lindsey & Sarah also spent time moving some of the sellers furnishings & decorative items around and the sellers completed much of their recommendations. The second couple that looked after the transition bought the house! Thank you ladies!
