The crew working at Sole Bicycles/USC village location is incredible. They are always welcoming and resourceful. Johnny and Mike are two hidden gems. They know their stuff and both give an impeccable customer service every time I go the shop. 🚲 They have been taking of my bikes since 2018. 🥇Thank you guys.

I was at USC for one semester as an exchange student and needed a bike to get around campus. I went to Solé and found a bike I absolutely love. I loved it so much that I wanted to take it home with me (to Europe!). Johnny was so helpful when I reached out to him. I just had to drop the bike off and order the shipping label online and send it to him. For only 60 dollars (mainly for packaging material) he disassembled the bike, packed it, and dropped it off at UPS. He was so kind and knowledgeable about this process. Great customer service!

Andrew absolutely changed my commute experience! My bike was so slow and rusty, my brakes wouldn’t work properly, and my de-railer would constantly shift out of place, which made riding my bike such a hassle. He was super kind and helpful and told me exactly what needed replacing. He originally quoted me between $60-$80 for a full tune-up but only charged me $39 which was a nice surprise and totally worth the money! The tune-up process took less than a day and was super quick and efficient! Would highly recommend!
