Solidcore is a fun and intense form of Pilates that is performed on a sliding platform. It is challenging but modifications can be made for more support. It's a face-paced environment and the coaches do a great job of motivating you to work hard.
Even after taking my first class, I can feel an difference in my core strength and definition. I would come here more often if it was closer to where I live. If you want to achieve fast results for building a strong core and endurance, this is the way to go!
