Jeff and the team were excellent. I like their one-stop services. The prices seemed reasonable when compared to having individual contractors perform the work. Jeff is very knowledgeable and provides great service. Sometimes scheduling was difficult...maybe they are really busy. I'll use them again.

I have been using Solo Termite for a number of years. They have a great deal for customers on their annual inspection plan. What I really like about Solo is that when I first hired them to do a full inspection, they did not try to sell me into doing a tenting of the house. They focused on the problem areas and used long-lasting local treatments that have prevented further issues. If they find something at an inspection, they always treat it locally first if they can. Their inspectors are courteous, professional, and punctual. I recommend there service to anyone.
