Very disappointing service.

I have stayed with multiple Sonesta property, and have always been happy with their service, until today. I booked a room for my parent visiting from abroad, and when we arrive, all three elevators are not working. The staff at the front desk told us that they have no idea when the elevators will be fixed, and that we have to take the stairs with our luggage to our room. Since we booked a 6 nights stay, there is no choice but to take our 50lbs luggage all the way up.

Overall very dissatisfied with how the staffs and the manager take care of this situation. No compensation of any sort were provide to us until we asked for it. (They were originally offering $15 drink coupon, which will be offered anyway when you check in)

Probably will still go to other Sonesta, but won’t come back to this one.
